Terms & refunds

These terms apply to purchases from shop.cdavies.work. The seller is Chris Davies, trading as Davies Wrap Specialist, Bursledon, Southampton, UK. Contact: hello@cdavies.work, 07309 052735.

Digital products (RAMS Pack, Paperwork Kit)

• Prices are in pounds sterling. The seller is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
• You receive a download link straight after payment. It works for 7 days. You can ask for a fresh link by email.
• Your licence lets you edit and use the documents for your own business, including sending completed copies to your clients and sites. You may not resell, share or publish the templates themselves.
• Right to cancel: because you ask for immediate access and confirm that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the download is provided, you can't cancel after that point (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37). If a file is faulty or not as described, email us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.
• The templates are a working starting point, not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance. You remain responsible for assessing each site and task, following site rules, product SDS and HSE guidance.

Davies Dashboards pilot

• The pilot fee is a one-off setup charge covering configuration, branding and a setup call. Ongoing hosting and support are agreed separately on the call, with no long contract.
• If you are a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund, unless you asked for the setup to start in that period, in which case we may deduct a fair amount for work already done.
• If we can't deliver the setup within 30 days of payment for reasons on our side, you get a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card used, normally within 5–10 working days. Email hello@cdavies.work.
